Description

Our Burnout shirt was designed to showcase a natural, non-tinted discharge print. Unlike a traditional plastisol screen print, where the garment is covered with a colored ink, this process actually takes the pigment color out of the garment and the tan like color is the actual natural color of the fabric. This is very similar to a bleaching process. When designing for discharge printing, busier images work best, due to small imperfections in the reactive process. This process can only be achieved using 100% cotton garments.
